The firm was originally established on 10 October 1993 by CA N. V. Mahadevan and CA Sivarajan under the name Mahadevan & Sivarajan, with offices at Thrissur and Palakkad. Over the years, the firm has evolved through the induction of experienced professionals, including CA Manty Anto in 2018 and CA Hari K. N. and CA Hari Gopinath in 2022. Pursuant to a change in constitution, the Thrissur practice has been operating under the name Mahadevan & Hari, Chartered Accountants with effect from 17 August 2022, while continuing the same professional legacy, values, and standards built over decades.
